Faith Spangler and Mingo Lodge have joined together for some special shows. Vocally, the two singer-songwriters weave a rich blend of rustic home spun earthy grit with a sweet soaring sparkle on top. Crafty lyrics and melodies loft like a colorful patchwork quilt encouraging listeners to join on a walk along a moonlit country road or dance on a cobblestone street. The songs are reflective and embracing with a soothing invite to a collective embrace. A bit of wit and humor is thrown to sweeten the pot. The acoustic guitar interplay is wide ranging with finger style picking, soulful lead playing, and funky rhythms.
