In 2023, The Canning Company was established with the idea of bring a fresh wave of jam band music to the eastern United States.  Based in Clinton, NJ., the band prides itself on live performances, with extended psychedelic improvisations.  The band is currently playing locally for the remainder of the year, with 100+ regional tour dates planned for 2025.

Jimmy Leahy started guitar at the age 7 with guitar great and father Harry Leahey. His love of all things “guitar” has led him to a wide spectrum of styles. From 1981 to present, he’s played locally in NJ/NY clubs, bars, and theaters with a wide range of musical acts. You can catch him still playing with just about every band he’s ever played with!

Dave Cahill is an incredibly gifted singer, songwriter, musician and producer who has composed and published over 9 albums of original music and has played over a thousand live performances in his young life.

Dave is a passionate vocalist with a dynamic understanding of songwriting, not to mention an accomplished, monster of a guitar player, spirited entertainer and exciting performer. Born in 1983, Dave grew up in rural New Jersey with his nurturing and supportive musical family that helped him grow quickly and develop creatively as an artist. Dave’s music blends a number of genres together including folk, gypsy jazz, punk rock, and progressive rock to varying lengths and with impressive control – especially the guitar work, which is not only very intricate, but quite obviously labored and loved. He is a powerful and refreshing sonic force, that demolishes boundaries and seems to be unstoppable.

Pattenburgs own Ryan Liszak, that sneaky talented slightly kurt bar guy that you all know and love, has put together a sick lineup of seasoned vets to back his eclectic, artitsic setlist. There is nothing the mind can conceive which cannot be made real... I am a seeker of knowledge, truth and of the human story. I have learned much about patience, kindness, understanding and cooperation through my work with horses and have written songs about my experiences in love and relationships. I have only begun to scratch the surface of understanding this plane of existence, and am grateful for every day that I awaken, able to extract one more piece of knowledge about my fellow man and this universe we inhabit.

Joe Cirotti Trio, a well-oiled string band from the shadows of Northwest Jersey’s Appalachian ridge, fuses their multi-instrumentalist upbringings with a passion for the roots of American folk, jazz, country, and bluegrass. Their bond is rooted in proximity, strengthened by a blue-collar passion for picking, and buoyed by their shared propensity for roots music and whiskey.

Formed in 2015, the current line-up of Joe Cirotti: guitar, Pete Lister: upright bass, and Timmy Coyle: mandolin and guitar, continues to craft a sound steeped in tradition yet infused with modern twists.

The group also occasionally plays as a 4/5-piece ensemble, adding banjo, fiddle, dobro, percussion, or even more mandolin, often joined by founding member Mike Alexander.

Joe Cirotti Trio has become a fixture at premier area venues across the NWNJ area, and is booking into the summer and fall across a wider area. Their debut release, “Joe Cirotti Trio”, launched on CD and Vinyl in December 2023, and streaming on all major platforms.

Dead To The Core is a group of 5 seasoned musicians with very deep roots in the Dead/Jam music world in the Mid-Atlantic/Northeast region and nationwide. This band was assembled with the express mission of creating an authentic sounding Grateful Dead experience, both instrumentally and vocally. What stands out at a Dead To The Core show is our attention to detail, lush 3-part harmonies, experimental jams and how much fun we and our audience have. Let the music fill our hearts and souls. The Northeast Express is a Lehigh Valley/NJ-based jazz group. Our band consists of talented musicians that have toured nationally and internationally, as well as doing recording studio session work. Our catalog consists of covers from the great jazz performers like Miles Davis, David Sanborn, Freddie Hubbard, and many more, and include pop tunes with a jazz flare. We hope you will enjoy our interpretations of all of our songs!

Franco cites guitarists Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Robin Ford, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eddie Van Halen among his more prominent inspirations. English axe man Jeff Beck is also a favorite of Franco's.

Playing the blues since 1979. Living the Blues his whole damn life!

Bob Lanza embarked on his blues journey in 1979, navigating the vibrant tri-state area scene through the 80s, 90s, and into the 2000s.

He gained national recognition with a signing to Connor Ray Music in Houston, Texas. Collaborations with artists like Trudy Lynn and Steve Krase, along with five self-produced CDs, propelled his career. Two singles, “Hero to Zero” and “Time to Let Go,” peaked at number 5 on The National Billboard Blues Charts. Their latest album, “Kids Dogs and Krazy Women,” debuted at number 5 on the Billboard Blues Charts and reached #15 on BB King’s Rack of Blues radio program on Sirius Satellite Radio.

Recognized in the New Jersey Blues Hall of Fame, the Bob Lanza Blues Band delivers hard-driving blues and up-tempo swing, captivating audiences with each performance.

Ralph Greco is a Northern NJ based singer, ASCAP licensed songwriter playing a variety of acoustic based songs from the 50s, 60s, 70s and beyond, with some originals sprinkled in the mix. Ralph has played all over the US and in Europe, but enjoys NJ gigs the best.

Charlie Don’t Surf was created by Jeff and Pete, long time partners in Mobius Strip.  Wanting to create funky, earthy jam music they searched for a drummer and the right one found them.  Or more appropriately, they found each other.

Andrew, delivering a keg to their studio, admired the vintage “half stacks” and conversation led to a jam, the musical connection immediate.  Looking for the right bass player to bring it home found Christian, a jazzy, funky player, the unit complete.

Charlie Don’t Surf covers funky songs and if a choice is not funky the band funks it up. Charlie “does the song” but “does it our way.” Jamming, flipping the beat around, “pushing the one” is what the band is about.

All write songs but Charlie Don’t Surf is an “original cover band” that covers the song but makes it their own, creatively satisfying for them and their audience.

CC, a New Jersey native, started singing and creating music at a young age. Her main influences are: Janis Joplin, Robert Plant, and Aretha Franklin. CC has two solo releases, Woodstock Lane, released in 2008, and her sophomore release, Let It All Hang Out in 2013. In addition to her second solo release in 2013, she recorded Bring It On Home with Chesky Records, a modern play on Led Zeppelin songs. Her latest release is a single with Anthony Krizan, called Crazy.

The CC Coletti Band has been the opening act for: The Doobie Brothers, Meat Loaf, The Outlaws, Brett Michaels, The Smithereens, South Side Johnny and The Asbury Jukes, and more.
